Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payments through all major credit card, credit card by Fax, debit card, PayPal, Alipay, check, money order, wire Transfer as well as purchase order. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen. The ordering process is fast, easy, and 100% secure. When your payment has been processed, your unlock key will be sent via email immediately.



Q: Why was I charged more than the price listed on the website?

A: As software developer, we only charge the price as list on the website. For the extra part, it might be the tax or Download Protection Service. Prices may be different in other countries, depending on taxes. For customers from the European Union, value added tax is added to all orders. Companies can purchase tax-free by providing valid VAT registration number. For customers outside the EU, no VAT is added.



Q: What is "Download Protection"?

A: The Download Protection is an optional service offered by MyCommerce at an additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you’ll be entitled to 2-year re-download service for product that you purchased, which means the service provider will keep a backup copy of the product you purchased, and allows you to download it from the link given to you at any time.



Q: How to get rid of the Download Protection Service I do not need while placing the order?

A: please remove the Download Protection by selecting the corresponding checkbox in the Remove column, and click Update.



Q: Does my software license expire?

A: No. Our software include perpetual licenses that allow you to use the software indefinitely.



Q: How to get a backup CD?

A: MyCommerce offers an optional backup CD. Please select the option: Add a Backup CD of your Order when placing an order. Actually, you don’t need to purchase the backup CD, because you can always download the latest version of the software from our website at any time without any limitation. Purchasing the CD is totally a waste of money.



Q: Where do I find my unlock key?

A: Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a registration email with the license key. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check the spam folder. If you can't find your registration email, just contact our support team, then we will send it to you again.



Q: Can i retrieve my downloads anytime in the future?

A: Yes! We store all of your previous orders here so that you may access them any time in the future.



Q: How long does it take to receive my code after purchase?

A: Typically, you will receive your code via email within a few minutes. If you do not receive this after a half hour, feel free to email us, so we can get that info for you!
